DOPE-DYED

The "dope dyed" dyeing technique is simply brilliant. It is a color creation method that incorporates the dye directly into the molten polymer before it is spun.
By adding color during the fiber creation stage, "dope dyeing" significantly reduces water consumption, energy use, and chemical pollution. It also improves product quality by producing vibrant, long-lasting colors that are less likely to fade over time.

PLUSH CUSHIONING

SAOLA soles are designed to combine comfort with reduced impact. They incorporate recycled and bio-based materials, such as recycled EVA and components of natural origin, to limit the use of virgin materials. The result: lightweight, flexible, and pleasant cushioning for everyday wear, all while being part of a more responsible approach. Fewer resources used, more comfort in every step.

RECYCLED & NATURAL MATERIALS

Each component is designed to reduce impact. Recycled PET, derived from repurposed plastic bottles, makes it possible to create durable textiles while limiting waste. Recycled PU is used to provide durability and structure by reusing existing materials rather than producing new ones. Finally, recycled EVA, integrated into the soles, offers comfortable cushioning while reducing the consumption of virgin resources. Together, these materials allow for the design of more responsible sneakers, without compromising on comfort or performance.
